Even though Standing Egg is pretty well-known, this album was pretty hard to find in good quality. This is their only full-length album, their other releases being singles and one mini. I classify it as indie but it does have jazzy bossa nova feels to it. Overall very colorful and varied melodies.
Of course, it does have 13 tracks with 4 of them having featured artists so not all tracks have the same feeling to them but they all manage to fit in together nicely to create this fresh, breezy music. It feels especially good now that the snow’s melting outside and spring’s starting to show its face once more. And this, despite the eleventh track being called Winter Theme and the twelvth track being called First Christmas…
